The principles of a properly fitting bra are particularly personal and by taking advantage our expertise in lingerie you can be assured of the confidence and comfort you deserve.

As with most aspects of your body, change and variation are inevitable but we can help with understanding such principles so that you will have a good basis for determining the bra size and cup-size to properly accommodate your shape.

Measuring yourself can be fraught with lasting problems.

Having someone else measure you that is not qualified can also result in incorrect purchasing decisions.

So, if you are not certain that you are wearing the correct bra size, if your bra is at all uncomfortable, please do come and have a discrete chat with us.

Does your bra strap sit high up your back?

Does the wire of your bra sit on your breast tissue and at any time, cause red indentations?

When you raise your arms, do your breasts come out of the base of your bra?

Do your breasts sit in a constant cleavage?

Are you constantly tightening the straps of your bra to raise your bust?

If you can answer yes to any of the above, it is likely that not only are you wearing the wrong size of bra but possibly also the wrong bra type.

If you have any redness or skin abrasions under any part of your bra, this can lead to lasting health issues, call in as soon as possible to have this rectified.

It is important to regularly check your fitting. We recommend our customers to come back at least once a year to ensure they look great, feel great and to keep their breasts in a tip-top condition of health.

Returns

We really do value our customers so we operate a no-quibble returns policy for all faulty items. In the unlikely event that you do find a purchase from us to contain a faulty item, please return it to us within 7 days and we will either replace it forthwith or offer a credit note for the value of the goods.

If at all possible, it would be really handy if you could also return any labels or point of sale fastenings that were supplied with the goods and naturally we do need to see a copy of the original receipt.

Our returns policy does not prejudice your statutory rights as a consumer.
